Cancellation & Refund Policy

GrowthFusion Consultancy LLP believes in supporting our customers as much as possible, which is reflected in our liberal cancellation policy. Here are the details tailored to our service offerings:

Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 7 days of purchasing the service.
  • However, once we have started the process of providing the service within this period, the cancellation request may not be entertained, depending on the progress made and expenses incurred.

Non-cancellable Services

  • Services that are time-sensitive or date-specific cannot be cancelled once they are scheduled.
  • For services that require specific resource allocation, cancellations may not be accepted once these resources are engaged.

Quality of Service

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please bring this to the attention of our customer service within 5-7 working days of service delivery.
  • Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, service redo, or other compensatory measures.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5  working days after the decision to refund has been finalized.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified
